Netsweeper Inc. today announced that it has acquired the technology and business assets of DeepNines, a privately-held company based in Dallas, TX. Netsweeper is also bringing on key DeepNines personnel.

DeepNines products include Security Edge Profiler, Internet Security Assessment, Network Application Management and Network Security Management. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
